Michael Vernon-Dier – FCCA
Experience: Michael joined Baker Tilly in 1989 and qualified in 1994. Post qualification he worked in the audit team and progressed to audit manager before leaving in 1998 and joining a smaller practice as a partner. As a partner, Michael’s worked on corporate clients and helped to develop and expand the firm’s SME team. During his time at that practice, he worked with clients in a number of industry sectors, advising on a broad range of issues as well as dealing with all of the expected compliance requirements. Consistent throughout this time was Michael’s focus on working with clients to help them with the financial aspects of their business and to avoid surprises. Michael joined as a partner of the firm in November 2019 to enhance the advisory offerings of the practice.
